Return and Exchange Policy
At Mariya Sohail we are committed to ensuring the highest level of service. Whilst we hope you are delighted with your order.
- There is no exchange, cancellation or refund applicable once an order is placed and/or an item is purchased from the brand.
- A 100%-80% advance payment is required at the time of placing an order. Once an order is placed, a copy of a detailed invoice will be shared with the client for review and confirmation, after which no claims or changes will be permitted.
- Once an order is ready for collection, it must be collected within a maximum duration of 3 months.
- Sizes may vary from client measurements depending on the silhouette of a design.
- The colours of an actual design may vary from the colours shown on our website and social media pages when viewing from your screen.
- Customers paying via Credit Card or Bank transfer may cancel/change within 24 hours of placing the order.
- If you find the product faulty in terms of its quality or the work done, you have to get back to us within 48 hours of delivery. After you generate a query, the Quality department of the company will look into the issue and get right back to you. After reviewing the product, we may offer you an exchange or store credit for future purchases in case of any major fault.
- Moreover, orders those are customized or given a discount on are not eligible for Return, Refund or Charge back.
